She had a couple fractured ribs. The airbags on the steering wheel and dash did not go off. The side curtain and seat airbags did go off.”

“Airbag light would light up on and off and then all of sudden stayed on suddenly. Took the van to the dealership and now saying the passenger side airbag wiring harness is bad and needs replaced. But before the solid light when I moved the drivers side seat the light would go off or come on. How can airbag harness go bad.”

I pulled out onto the street went approx. 100-125ft passenger side airbag (not front but side of van) exploded vehicle died set there a few minutes to comprehend what happened was able to restart vehicle and move to side of street got out walked around no other damage to vehicle called tow truck and vehicle was driven onto roll back”

NHTSA complaint #11360874, filed 2020-09, 45,943 miles

“My steering controls do not work. The steering wheel controls dont work and cruise control does not work. The controls for the speedometer for digital use do not work. There is only 36000 miles on the car and the part to fix is unavailable. The question is why no recall when u cant order the part so obviously everyone is having an issue and this not working could have prevented 2 accidents that have occurred had the horn worked like it should.”

NHTSA complaint #11286888, filed 2019-12, 31,000 miles

“Passenger side headrest deployed. Vehicle was not involved in a accident. Was parked at the time. Is available for inspection. No one was hurt, but I'm now afraid that the driver side headrest may deploy while I'm driving and could cause me to have an accident. There was not warning or indication that headrest was faulty or ready to deploy.”
