“The contact owns a 2021 Ford Edge. The contact stated upon opening the hatchback and taking items in and out of the trunk of the vehicle, the hatchback would close independently. The contact stated that the hatchback door had struck her on the head on four separate occasions. The contact stated that the impact was more severe on one occasion, but she did not seek medical assistance. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where an unknown software was reprogrammed; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. …”
