“In motion, interstate highway merge lane. I have a 2019 Ford f150 equipped with a pre-collision avoidance system. The vehicle mileage is approximately 12,500. I purchased the vehicle new. During my vehicle ownership the collision avoidance system has always been set to 'apply braking' and alert set to 'high' the system has alerted on multiple occasions, however the aeb never engaged the brakes. I was recently in a collision, while the system alerted, and should have engaged the aeb. The pre-collision aeb did not apply the brakes. The collision was minor; the pre-collision aeb system failed. …”

“On dec 9 while taking off from the traffic light driving at around 5mph my truck suddenly did not accelerate.., the stability control warning light, brakes warning light and the airbag warning light came on. I almost got into an accident as I did not expect my truck to suddenly not accelerate. At this time the truck would only drive at 5mph. Drove to the dealer at 5 MPH and they cannot replicate the problem. On dec 10 it all happened again. Suddenly the truck will not accelerate and again almost got into an accident. Today for the third time it happened again. …”

“I approached a stop sign on a downhill descent and as I approached, the auto StartStop shut off my motor and I lost control of the vehicle. I could not steer and the brakes were squishy.
