“I am just writing to complain that 8 months after recall 19v-813 was released there is still no fix. My wife's car randomly stalls on her and it's not safe. We know have our first child due in september and she's terrified to have to drive her anywhere as her Jeep is her only means of transportation.”

NHTSA complaint #11339255, filed 2020-07, 110,000 miles

“Three instances where two stationary and one in motion full acceleration with out touching the gas pedal. The dealer told me that there was a transmission fluid leak. Caused my transmission oil to burn which lead to a faulty transmission. Pcim was flashed and caused transmission to decelerate at 40mph loosing all function.”

NHTSA complaint #11128653, filed 2018-09, 125,000 miles

“When starting the car it won't turn on completely when you start you can her a noise near the fuel pump area this started about 2 months ago. When the engine was I complete parked and wanted to started wouldn't start after a couple tries would start without an issue, but today I have tried what I used to do and won't start, I've heard of a recall on this specific year but I have not received anything on the mail.”

NHTSA complaint #11330923, filed 2020-06, 80,000 miles

“For the last month the vehicle has stalled while driving and in some cases would not start. I recently discovered that there is a safety recall v62 fuel pump relay problem in the model. I have been told that the fix for this problem will not be available until december. I use the car daily and for long trip and fear it is a safety hazard. Chrysler recommends bring the car in for a temporary fix which is worrisome.”

NHTSA complaint #11354471, filed 2020-09, 108,000 miles

“My car does not start at least 10 times a week, I believe its due to a faulty fuel pump relay and my VIN isnt part of the recall for this and it should be. Ive read many other people complaining of the same exact issue and I took it to fairfield Jeep where they told me one thing over the phone and then upon arrival it was something different and then the papers stated something else different!”
