Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Vehicle does not start consistently and when it does it shows reading of “key fob has left the vehicle” when key fob is actually in the car. Car has been towed and would not start. Dealer duplicated this issue and Stellantis says currently no fix. I just park in my garage and hoping they will do the right thing and repurchase and replace my vehicle.”

NHTSA complaint #11616304, filed 2024-09

“Unexpected acceleration pulling into parking spot which caused significant damage to my vehicle and vehicle in front of my vehicle. The hybrid battery was on low and witness outside of vehicle indicated it was making loud whining noise before collision. Filed a complaint with Stellantis. They did nothing. They did not check the hybrid system or software controlling the hybrid system.”

NHTSA complaint #11740822, filed 2026-05

“I was changing my right rear tire due to a nail on a slight slope in my driveway and I had a roll away incident. The top of my driveway is a slight slope and then changes to fairly steep. My vehicle rolled off of my jack and jack stand and continued into the street. Fortunately there was no damage other than extreme stress”

NHTSA complaint #11658742, filed 2025-05

“While I was driving the panoramic sunroof shattered. The vehicle did not sustain any damage from any foreign object. There was a loud noise like an explosion coming from the top of the vehicle and then I heard a rattling sound. When I opened the sunshade I seen the panoramic glass was shattered. There wasn’t other vehicles or debris around me when this happened.”

NHTSA complaint #11599599, filed 2024-07

“As I was merging onto the highway my sunroof combusted without any impact that would cause it. Upon inspection there was no item that hit the glass, the glass shattered entirely across the entire pane and broke apart ( not just spiderwebbing, there was glass falling into the sun roof visor)”
