“Today makes the 3rd time ive had my car at the dealership. 1st time they said it blew a fuse. This is after I got a message that my air suspension needed servicing immediately.that lasted overnight. Took it back the next day. I was told it was a factory defect. Paint overspray, loose wiring. They fixed that. It lasted a few days. Then as I was about to leave town. I got the message again. I was told it was ok to drive. So I did..today I took it back in. Now the dealership is trying to get me to trade my car. Which will cost me more monry. …”

“I am filing this complaint against Chrysler (Stellantis N.V.) concerning an unresolved Factory Recall #94B affecting my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This recall has been active since September 2024, and as of October 31, 2025, no manufacturer-provided repair or remedy is available. As a result, my vehicle has now failed the Pennsylvania State Inspection due to a malfunctioning ABS—a defect directly covered by the factory recall. …”

“The air suspension / Quadra-Lift system on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with approximately 87,000 miles has failed and is available for inspection upon request. The vehicle is becoming stuck in Off Road 1 ride height and will not reliably return to normal height. When I am able to get it to lower, it raises itself back into Off Road 1 again without command. I also observed that one wheel/corner of the vehicle was sitting higher than the others, indicating the suspension may be uneven or malfunctioning. …”

NHTSA complaint #11734160, filed 2026-04

“Navigation touch screen delamination rendering the user interface that controls many of the car's functions inoperable. Many of the advanced driver assistance systems along with settings for the car's engine, suspension, and steering are controlled through this interface. This is a widespread issue in the WK2 models of Jeep Grand Cherokees. Safe operation of the vehicle is predicated on a functioning touch screen. The car cannot completely be operated safely without this user interface. I reached out to Stellantis with my concerns. …”
