“I was traveling south on cambridge rd. As I was approaching a shopping plaza, a vehicle was attempting to exit the parking lot of the plaza also heading south. As the vehicle was attempting to make the left hand turn, it pulled in front of my car, driving me off the road. I had to swerve out of the way to avoid hitting that car, and when I did I crashed into an electrical pole, destroying the entire front end and totaling the car. The airbags did not deploy and this is why I'm filing this report.”

“I purchased a new 2018 Grand Cherokee trailhawk edition last fall that was factory equipped with rock rails . I have discovered that the factory specified jacking location pinch points are obscured by the rails and no longer accessible using the supplied jack. There are cutouts in the rails but they are not large enough to allow access to the jacking location points. I had the first service performed at the dealership and showed them the problem. They also could not locate a safe jacking location using the factory supplied tools. …”

“The glue of the dashboard has caused the leather on the dashboard to bubble on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I brought it to the jeep dealership, and they said it happens all the time from the sun. Its a known defect, but its not covered by the extended warranty. They said they have had recalls on this in the past with other years and models, but not this year/model yet. I reached out to Jeep Cares and Chrysler, but neither will help.”
